The Huichol are an indigenous ethnicity who habitate the western Sierra Madre at the states of Nayarit and Jalisco, midwestern of Mexico. They call themselves "Mixárica". Their spirituality is based in 4 main divinities: The Corn Trinity, Blue Deer, Peyote and Eagle, all descendants of the God Sun "Tao Jreeku". Their arts presents symbologies related to their cosmology and they are known for mastering the glass bead technique.
